A cardigan adds structure and layering flexibility to a menswear collection without the weight of a conventional outerwear jacket. FNJIA develops button-front cardigans, zip-up knit jackets, collared styles, rib-knit designs and patterned pieces for casual, smart-casual and fashion-led ranges.
The collection includes understated solid-color designs as well as jacquard patterns, contrast trims, textured sleeves and decorative stitching. Each product can be coordinated with a wider Men’s Knitwear collection through consistent colors, yarns, sizing and branded details. Buyers can modify an existing design or submit a technical pack, sketch, reference garment or original pattern for OEM development.

Quality Control for Custom Cardigans
Incoming Material Inspection
Yarns, fabrics, threads, buttons, zippers and other accessories are inspected against the confirmed product specifications before production begins.
Pre-Production Check
The production team reviews the technical specifications, patterns and approved sample. Measurements, colors, closures, labels and construction details are confirmed before bulk manufacturing.
In-Process Inspection
Inspectors monitor garment measurements, seams, stitching and overall construction during production. For cardigan styles, attention is also given to the neckline, front opening, button or zipper placement, ribbed trims, pockets and pattern alignment.
Random Sampling
Samples are selected during production to check whether the finished garments remain consistent with the approved standard.
Final Inspection
Completed cardigans are checked for appearance, fit, color accuracy, measurements, closure function and finishing details. Garments with identified issues are corrected before packaging.
Packaging and Shipping Check
Labels, sizes, colors, quantities and packaging are verified before shipment. Finished garments are folded and packed according to the approved order requirements.
